Shipping Policy

All products are shipped from Long Island, New York. Order processing time is currently 5 - 7 business days, unless otherwise stated. Pre-order shipping times can vary. Please reference the date range on the product description. Business days are Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00 EST. After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received. Once the order has been shipped you will receive another email with tracking information. If you are experiencing any delays with shipping, please contact USPS. Once the package has been shipped, it is out of our hands. All of our shipping materials are upcycled and reused to help conserve waste.Please keep in mind The Bubbly Kitchen is a small, single-woman owned business. We assure you that we will prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible. 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and business, all sales are final. If you are sent the wrong item by chance, please email us with a photo of the item you received with your order number. If you are unsatisfied with your order or an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it for you.

 All of our ingredients are sourced and handpicked specifically to ensure high quality, eco-friendly and luxury products each time. We support other small and women owned businesses around the world. All of our ingredients are vegan friendly, all natural, paraben and toxic free. 

Not for Consumption!

Although our products may look and smell edible, PLEASE DO NOT CONSUME them! Our products are not edible and should not be eaten. If consumed, please contact your local health provider. Our products should be used as described on the directions for your skin only!  Please keep out of reach of small children or any adult that may mistake products for food!
All of our products are natural and made in small batches, however, if you experience any skin irritations, please discontinue use and seek medical professional help if needed. Our products are not intended to heal or cure any ailments. For any and all allergy questions or concerns, please contact us directly before making a purchase.  

Soap FAQs

Why does my soap look ashy?

Soda ash may occur during the cooling process of soap. THIS IS NORMAL! This does not mean that soap is not usable or deformed. Soda ash occurs  when unsaponified lye reacts with naturally-occurring carbon dioxide in the air. It doesn’t affect the final bars and the soap is safe to use.

How can I make my bar last longer?

Let your soap dry after use. Do not keep it in direct stream of water, and remove from water after use. Allowing it to stay wet or moist will lessen the longevity of your soap bar. The best way to extend your soap bar is with a soap dish.
