2020 in a nutshell...

As Julia Child once said,
"The only real stumbling block is fear of failure. In cooking you've got to have a what-the-hell attitude."

If there is one thing 2020 has taught me, it's that we all need to laugh a little more, love a little harder, care about those in need, and have a what-the-hell attitude towards those that disagree.

A year ago today, we had just moved into our Long Island apartment. Little did I know what the next few months had in store for me. Going through the daily motions while in the height of the pandemic, I knew I needed a change for myself and my small business. I reflected on my past, drew out how I wanted to grow, and knew I needed to give back.

A new name and brand soon began to simmer in my head and came to fruition on November 27th, 2020 as The Bubbly Kitchen, with the mission to help fight hunger by working closely with various organizations.

I had whipped up a goal of donating over 1,000 meals to Feeding America, to help those in need from the COVID-19 pandemic. In all honesty, I feared we wouldn't hit our goal, but with Julia in mind, I had a what-the-hell attitude, and we surpassed our goal with donating 1,120 meals!

I am thankful and grateful to each and everyone of you for supporting me and The Bubbly Kitchen! Each purchase has helped us reach our goal, each follow, like, comment and share has helped raise awareness to our mission.

This is only the beginning, I can't WAIT to see you in 2021!

Wishing you all a healthy, happy and peaceful New Year!

Cheers, 🥂

Nicole
